tracks
three fault lines in latam. each track is about data, coordination, and real-time action.
1. transparency & corruption
scrape public spending, cross-reference contracts, build dashboards citizens can actually use.
2. environment & climate risk
satellite data, air quality sensors, wildfire prediction, monitor what governments won't.
3. def/acc
from cyberattacks to disinformation to critical infrastructure risk. build tools that strengthen society's defenses.
